Management Team

Venky, CTO

Venky Narayanan is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with 19 years of successful track record including 15 years in SAP. Venky specializes in acquiring international clients, building, managing and delivering global customer projects with P&L responsibility. Specialist in setting up Center of Excellence (CoE) for multiple SAP streams. Strong expertise in building templatized solutions, productized services, accelerator tools, and

ready-to-run solutions for SAP platform, mainly in the areas of Integration, Migration, Upgrade, and SME / mid-market. Personally spearheaded and managed all walks of IT including, multi-country SAP Global Roll-outs, Implementations, Upgrades, and ISV product integrations with SAP.

In the past, Venky headed global SAP practice as Vice President for the fast-growing mid-tier (300+ million) US$ consulting company. Prior to that he was part of SAP Labs / SAP America setting up product strategy and in charge of rolling out SAP NetWeaver & SAP ERP for North America. Before that Venky was the Vice President and head of SAP practice for a Texas-based consulting company.

Venky is a speaker at major SAP conferences including SAP TechEd, ASUG, Sapphire, and WIS conferences. Venky holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from National Institute of Technology (formerly Regional Engineering College), India.

Raj, CEO & President

Raj Kidambi has over 20 years experience in diverse Technology and management roles. Raj has served as Enterprise architects in a leading organization and has a proven ability to deliver business driven technology solutions for industries. Areas of expertise include implementing ERP Solutions, providing best-fit solutions for applications integration, device best practices in the areas of ESOA, SAP Global Implementations, change

management, business process improvement, global delivery modal, use of technology, talent management, and ITIL.

Raj spent 14 years servicing SAP Customers across globe and had several implementations at various levels. Raj took the leadership role in establishing best practices for Application Integration at Valero Energy corporation and has enabled Valero as show case customer for implementing ESOA platform for their integration needs to position their landscape in adopting data needs during mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to his role at Valero, Raj was Vice President of one of upcoming SAP Focused consulting organization based out of Texas. Raj played a key role in developing the business and web enabling some of the business functionality in SAP for their fortune 100 customers. Raj played key roles in SAP implementations for Oil and Gas customers in Middle East and Far East where he made customers overcome Data Cleansing, Migration and Integration challenges during their implementations.

Raj holds a Masters in Business Administration degree from University Of Texas at San Antonio, Masters in Computer Applications from India and Bachelors of Science from University of Madras, India. Raj is a Certified ITIL professional.
